USS Cyclops is one of the Navy’s biggest fuel ships. In 1918, this ship was carrying 10,800 tons of manganese ore with about 309 crew members and it set out to sail through the Devil’s Triangle. After that day, there was no clue about the USS Cyclops for anyone.
In 1941, another Navy ship called “USS Proteus” vanished in the Devil’s triangle with 58 passengers. Also, one month later “USS Nereus” which is the sister ship of Proteus disappeared with 61 people. Those both ships went on the same route.
DC-3 Commercial Flight
This flight disappeared, with 29 passengers over the Devil’s Triangle. This incident happened in 1948 and there were no messages from pilots. Everything was so silent and never heard of this flight again.
SS Marine Sulphur Queen
In 1963, this ship was carrying 39 passengers. The ship was last seen near Florida. Authorities were looking for more than two weeks about the ship. However, the rescue team only found some pieces of debris and life preservers.
